For 4 days, Bielefeld becomes the center of spontaneous theater — every night there are unique performances that delight and move. The improvisational theater scene comes together to work and
celebrate together — more than 120 improvisation enthusiasts travel from all over Germany and Europe.
From October 30th to November 2nd, 2025 , Impro Fest Bielefeld reaches its 5th edition — created in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, as IFO – Impro Fest Online – it has long since become an in-person event and continues to delight the Bielefeld audience year after year.
